Two left feet

A first-person view shows a hand pushing open a heavy, damaged door into a blood-stained, checkered-floor room with barred cells, then the perspective shifts to a bloody crowbar being used to pry open a metal hatch on the floor, revealing a trapped leg below, before the view returns to the open doorway.
