Earth Hour

A worker in a blue jacket and red helmet opens a large electrical cabinet in a snowy outdoor setting, then a bright flash and fire erupt from inside the cabinet, followed by a view of the cabinet on fire with smoke rising. The scene then cuts to a nighttime cityscape with illuminated buildings and a large, lit structure, followed by a view of a temple at night, and finally a title card with Russian text over a city skyline at night.
