Where are we

A man in a gold and black striped costume with a large white collar and a long silver necklace stands beside a woman in a light-colored, embellished gown with a tiara, both dressed in period attire; the woman, seated, turns her head to look at the man, who remains facing forward, as they are positioned against a dark blue backdrop with white floral arrangements.
