Stewie Griffin vomits a large amount of yellow liquid onto a purple couch in a living room, then looks up with wide eyes. The scene cuts to a close-up of Stewie on the couch, continuing to vomit, with his eyes closed and then opening in shock. The main subjects are Stewie Griffin, Peter Griffin, and Brian, in a living room with a purple couch, a staircase, and framed pictures on the wall.
