A man with white hair in a suit stands before a blue backdrop with "Parliament of Georgia" text, speaking and shifting his gaze. The scene cuts to a split screen showing three men at a table; the man in the center laughs heartily while the man on the left smiles and the man on the right looks down, all against a red background with Georgian text.
