Damn tanks

A grey sports car with a roll cage drives forward in a snowy, enclosed area with chain-link fences and buildings, then crashes into a concrete barrier and flips onto its side. The scene cuts to a man in a plaid shirt throwing his arms up in the air in a room with a window, then returns to the car lying overturned in the snow with the word "wasted" displayed across the screen.
