A figure in dark clothing descends a staircase into a dimly lit, debris-strewn urban area. The scene cuts to a man in a beanie and jacket holding a weapon, then to two figures in reflective gear standing in front of a large fire. A title card appears with the text "007" and "PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE". The sequence continues with a car driving through flames, followed by a massive explosion with lightning in the sky.
