Hello, frend!

A cartoon character named Little Bill, wearing a red cap with a yellow 'B', appears in front of a light blue background with the show's title; he smiles and adjusts his cap. The scene then cuts to a real-life young boy with a similar appearance, who smiles and looks at the camera.
