Filth

A young boy in a black jacket holds a yellow balloon with a smiley face and gives a middle finger gesture toward a man in a dark coat, who then mirrors the gesture back at the boy; the scene alternates between the boy's confrontational stance and the man's defiant response, set against an urban backdrop with a building and bare trees.
