Turns out

A woman with long, dark, curly hair stands at a microphone, speaking and gesturing with her hands while holding papers in her left hand. She is positioned in front of a wall covered with a grid of painted portraits of Black individuals, some with text like "Rest In Power" and years such as "1977" and "1982-2012." She moves her head and body slightly, opens her mouth wide as if emphasizing a point, and uses her right hand to gesture while speaking.
