Revenge

A man in a green shirt sits with his mouth open as a doctor in a white coat uses a gloved hand to press down on his jaw, causing the man to react with a grimace and then a sudden, forceful head movement. The scene cuts to the doctor, now covered in fake blood, screaming in shock while the man in the green shirt stands and points at him, revealing the doctor's mouth is also open in a scream. The setting is a medical office with anatomical charts on the wall.
