Meant to be

A blue cat-like creature with a green scarf looks up at a white cat-like creature in a red dress, who turns its head slightly; pink hearts float between them as the scene transitions to two chibi characters, a boy with spiky blonde hair and a girl with dark hair, standing under a red umbrella on a green hill, surrounded by floating red hearts and falling red lines, before shifting to a close-up of two anime characters in a tender moment, their faces nearly touching, with a bright light between them.
