meatball roast

A man's face is superimposed onto meatballs in a slow cooker, creating a humorous visual gag where the man's smiling face appears on each meatball as they cook in a dark sauce. The sequence alternates between a portrait of the man and the meatballs, with the final image showing all the meatballs with his face.
