This is a catfish.

A young boy in a blue jacket and a Spider-Man hat climbs onto a bronze statue of a large fish, pushes himself up onto its back, and stands on the stone base, then turns to face the camera. The scene takes place on a city sidewalk with buildings, a potted evergreen, and a street with pedestrians and cyclists in the background.
