Locked in car

Peter Griffin sits in the driver's seat of a red station wagon, pulling on a rope attached to the car's interior, which causes the vehicle to lurch forward and drag the rope across the pavement. He then throws his hands up in excitement as the car moves. The scene takes place in a parking lot with other cars and trees in the background.
