Isis

A convoy of armed pickup trucks, some with mounted machine guns and rocket launchers, moves through a dusty, arid landscape and a town with low buildings. Men in military-style clothing ride in the trucks, some firing weapons, as the vehicles drive along roads and through open terrain.
