A grotesque, heavily mutated humanoid creature with exposed teeth and decaying flesh lunges forward in a snowy, desolate landscape, its massive form filling the screen as it attacks the player character, who is seen from a first-person perspective wielding a weapon, before the creature is struck and falls backward into the snow.
