About the wave

A man in a suit and glasses walks through a crowd of supporters holding red signs with the text "ВОЛНА ПЕРЕМЕН" and "VOLNAPEREMEN.RU", then stands on a stage with a red carpet and speaks into a microphone, while the crowd cheers and holds up signs. The scene is set indoors at a political rally with a large blue and white backdrop displaying the same text. The video cuts to a man in yellow-tinted aviator sunglasses with a cigarette in his mouth, looking forward in a dimly lit room with other people in the background.
