Ginger Tarzan

A man in a dark jacket walks toward a group of people on a sidewalk near a metal gate, then grabs and forcibly pulls a woman in a white shirt away from the group, dragging her backward across the pavement. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day, with a residential building and parked cars in the background.
