A blonde woman lies in bed under a blue blanket, repeatedly pressing her hand to her forehead in a gesture of distress or fatigue, while a second woman in a yellow top lies beside her, tossing and turning restlessly. The scene takes place in a bedroom with a teal headboard and a red suitcase on a bench beside the bed.
