Madoka Magica

Three anime characters sit at a table in a café, eating cake and interacting, before the scene cuts to a character falling through the air with a blue umbrella, then a close-up of wide eyes, followed by a character in a frilly dress falling into a dark vortex, then a title card with Japanese text, and finally a pink-haired character looking out over a city skyline.
