Description: A woman in a blue vest stands outdoors on a paved path, holding a small Russian flag on a stick in her right hand and a bunch of blue balloons in her left. She repeatedly swings the flag in a circular motion, causing it to blur and momentarily obscure her face, while she smiles and maintains a wide stance.
