What is that?

A young boy in a dark blue jacket dances on a paved surface, moving his arms and legs in a rhythmic, playful motion while another boy in a blue shirt stands behind him holding a basketball. The scene shifts to a different boy in a red shirt performing a similar dance move on the same pavement, with a grassy field and trees in the background.
