A man in a light-colored suit and tie stands outdoors in front of a chain-link fence, holding a microphone with a "4" logo and speaking directly to the camera, his mouth moving as he reports. The scene abruptly cuts to a close-up of a person with a shaved head, glasses, and black lipstick, who opens their mouth wide in a scream or exaggerated expression, then the video cuts to a blurry, shaky shot of a grassy field.
