birthday riot

A person in a white shirt and red headscarf moves their arms in a rhythmic, dance-like motion against a dark, outdoor background. The scene cuts between this individual and two young boys, one in a Hard Rock Cafe shirt and another in a red bandana, who are also moving and reacting in the dimly lit environment.
