A red, anthropomorphic cow with a blue nose sits on a dark, wavy surface, holding a smaller, pink, insect-like creature with large eyes. The cow's expression shifts from concerned to sad as the creature, initially limp, slowly lifts its head and looks up at the cow, which then closes its eyes in a moment of shared sorrow. The scene is set against a dark blue sky with a yellow, wavy ground in the background.
