WASTED

A man in a white jacket and glasses speaks to the camera on a city street, then the camera falls, showing a blurry transition, followed by a low-angle view of the man looking down, adjusting his glasses, and then looking back up at the camera. The scene takes place outdoors with a brick building and trees in the background.
