Description: A small, fluffy dog stands on a light-colored couch, repeatedly lowering its head and shifting its weight as if trying to scratch or bite at its front leg. The dog's movements are quick and restless, with its head moving down and up repeatedly, while its body remains mostly in place on the couch. The setting appears to be indoors, with a window visible in the background.
