Extra dangeroos

A man in a plaid shirt and jacket stands on a wet street at night, initially looking away before turning to face the camera with a neutral expression. In the background, a group of people walk toward him, and one man in a dark jacket raises his arms and smiles as he approaches, while the man in the foreground breaks into a wide, excited smile.
