A young boy in a light blue polo shirt sits at a desk using a computer, smiling and then giving a thumbs-up gesture. The scene cuts to a distorted, night-vision view of a Mario figure with the text "DOCTOR CRINGE" overlaid, which then blurs and moves erratically. The video loops back to the boy, who now has a more serious expression. The setting is a classroom or computer lab with other computers and a person visible in the background.
