A person in a dark room with a wooden floor and kitchen cabinets uses a vertical pole, gripping it with both hands and lifting their body off the ground, then lowering back down in a repeated motion. The scene is illuminated by a bright overhead light, causing lens flare, and the camera moves slightly, capturing the person's movements as they perform a series of upward and downward motions on the pole.
