hustle and bustle

A shirtless man walks toward the camera on a leaf-strewn path, then the scene cuts to a person in dark clothing performing a forward roll in a grassy area. The sequence continues with a black car emitting smoke under a concrete structure, followed by two elderly people in a hospital bed reacting with distress, and finally a young man lying in bed, looking up with a concerned expression.
