A person with a blue-haired anime character's face superimposed on their head moves through a dimly lit room with pink walls, a lamp, and a round mirror, then turns and walks toward a doorway before the scene cuts to a close-up of the anime character's face, followed by a shot of the person holding a large knife with the anime face now wearing a red cap with the word "COCK" on it.
