Description: A man lies in a hospital bed, looking upward, as text appears in stages above him, forming the phrases 'I'LL CLOSE MY EYES', 'TAKE MYSELF BACK', and 'AND I WILL SAY'. The scene then cuts to a close-up of a red, textured surface with the word 'SURRENDER' in red text, followed by the word 'AGAIN' in red text over a black and white image of a person's face.
