A man in a black tracksuit performs a dance move, pointing and shifting his weight on a wet paved surface in a residential area with apartment buildings and greenery in the background. The scene cuts to a different man on a longboard, making a peace sign while riding, then cuts back to the first man crouching and gesturing.
