French Inhale

A man wearing glasses and a black Ohio State University sweatshirt inhales from a small, dark object held between his fingers, then exhales a large cloud of white vapor. He brings the object to his mouth again, holding it between his thumb and forefinger, and continues to inhale and exhale vapor in a continuous loop.
