Handled it

Three young men are in a dimly lit room with patterned wallpaper. One man on the right repeatedly adjusts his cap and raises his arms while exhaling smoke, another man in the center holds a hookah and moves his head, and a third man on the left sits still, looking forward. The scene loops, showing the man on the right raising his arms and the man in the center moving his head, with smoke visible in the air.
