A woman in a blue dress struggles to pull a large, purple, worm-like creature out of a doorway, her face contorted in effort. The creature's body stretches and distorts as it resists, eventually snapping the door off its hinges and sending the woman and the creature crashing to the floor in a chaotic tumble. The scene takes place in a room with yellow walls, a pink floor, and a window with green curtains.
