Viva Las Vegas

A man in a top hat and suit holds a vintage telephone receiver to his ear while smoking a cigar, his expression shifting between concentration and a subtle smile as he speaks. The scene cuts to him flanked by two women, then to a hand holding three cards showing a seven, eight, and two nines of hearts, followed by a close-up of a roulette wheel with a white ball, and finally a man with a flower in his mouth, before returning to the man on the phone.
