Someone's flying

A man in a black shirt and sunglasses holds a toy gun while being chased by another man in a white shirt; they run down a set of outdoor stairs and the man in black leaps over a railing. The scene takes place on a multi-level outdoor walkway with metal railings and tiled walls, under bright daylight.
