A cry from the soul

A man in a dark jacket sits on a large cylindrical object, then leans forward and screams with his mouth wide open, his face contorted in apparent pain or distress, before the camera focuses on his strained expression. The scene takes place in a dimly lit, enclosed space with green and yellow walls.
