WTF ???

A man in a white shirt and red tie turns to face the camera, then raises his right hand and extends his middle finger directly at the viewer. The scene cuts to a black and white line drawing of a face with wide eyes and a small mouth, then returns to the man holding the gesture. The setting appears to be an indoor room with a window and brick wall in the background.
