A man in a green suit and hat stands behind a counter in a dilapidated building with glowing green signs for "GENERAL" and "ARMOR"; he remains stationary as the camera moves closer. The scene then cuts to a cartoon where a character made of caution signs and a life preserver stands between two boys in a shopping mall, then collapses as the boys watch.
