Loli 5

A character with long blue hair and a green jacket performs a dynamic pose with glowing effects, followed by a close-up of a character with brown hair screaming with exaggerated tears, then a shot of the blue-haired character smiling with closed eyes, and finally a split screen showing the blue-haired character and another character with green hair in circular frames against a checkered background with the word "PON" above each.
