A blue, star-filled background displays white Japanese text and the English words "Project Eva." A glowing, abstract white shape rotates slowly. The screen cuts to black, then displays the word "EVANGELION" in white capital letters. The word is then overlaid with a bright, blue, electric light effect. Finally, the title appears in a stylized red and orange font with Japanese characters above the English text, all on a black background.
