Dick dastardly

A character with a brown paper bag on their head, wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, patterned pants, and red boots, walks forward under a spotlight on a dark stage with red geometric structures. The character turns to face the camera, revealing a red logo on their shirt, as the background changes to a large screen displaying "WWE ROYAL RUMBLE" and the name "DICK RICHARD" in a lower third graphic.
