Spongebob

A young boy in a blue shirt opens his mouth wide in a scream or yell, then turns his head sharply to the side, while a younger child in a red shirt sits behind him at a table with a glass of orange juice, also opening their mouth in a similar expression. The scene takes place indoors at a table, with the boy's exaggerated reaction being the central focus.
