A city skyline burns with fire and smoke, transitioning to a pink-skinned man in a suit with a name tag reading "МЭР" who raises his hands in alarm, then clenches his fists in anger. The scene cuts to a blue, amorphous character with a wide mouth, who gestures with its hand, first holding it open, then pointing its index finger upward.
