The bet has been placed.

A man in a red and blue speedo and a red cap stands by a swimming pool, repeatedly performing a dance move that involves extending his arms outward, then bringing them in toward his chest while swaying his hips and shifting his weight from one foot to the other. The scene is set outdoors on a sunny day, with palm trees and a white wall visible in the background.
