a whooping

A woman in a patterned dress and jacket dances with her right arm raised, flanked by two shirtless men, one seated on steps and the other dancing with his arms raised, all in front of a weathered wooden building; the scene repeats in a loop. A man in a blue t-shirt and jeans balances on a metal structure outdoors, holding a bouquet of flowers with his arms outstretched, maintaining his balance across the loop.
